How is our delivery different?

For starters,  it is facilitated by someone who spent 25+ years as business operator and executive. 

The training incorporates and builds upon the engagement of the participants.  We walk them through the learning and discovery process, rather then lecture to them.

The one day workshop is CA AB 1825 Complaint, but also addresses Diversity and Civility, based on the idea that Harassment, Bullying, Diversity, and being Civil to each other are all related topics.
